Meet the Artist
I moved back to Minnesota in 2023 after failing in the mountains of northern Idaho so massively that the only thing left to do was return to my childhood home…
Now I am painting full-time.
This summer, I had my first extended solo show in a gallery and am thrilled to be creating work I consistently don't destroy (in the past, when work was completed, I’ve either burned it or wiped it to move in other artistic directions).
Most of the work I am exhibiting and creating right now in 2026 is about my personal experience with grief: how it impacts my everyday experience. How the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, and the loss of a deeply personal dream have changed the way I live each day.
